Hey Mark, one thing I have found is everyone has different (strong) opinions on cleaning and maintaining rods and reels. Like cleaning processes after fishing and also what maintenance they do and how to do it. Love to hear the pros advice.. 👍😊

How do you find the bit of rope on the assist holds up, I find they get torn to bits and have been toying with the idea of using wire trace. Thoughts?

they get hammered but its cheap and if you make a few up is easy to change think wire would make it two ridged dude maybe???

What brand are you using for your leader line? My 100lb is terrible with tying knots

Nah mate I tie Pr knot direct to 100lb 5m leader then straight to ring and grommet hope that helps👌
