Ive watched this channel sense i first started mowing lawns at 16. Fast forward im 27 breaking half a million in hardscapes per year with 1 crew. Feeling old Stan? Learned alot watching this channel. Mostly learned from hands on experience but this Channel saved me in my mental battles that i still go through lol.
Thank you for keeping our brothers and sisters safe! They will be able to walk in their church to hear God's wonderful message 🙏 God bless you and your awesome crew! Stay safe and warm this season 👍
Stan, years ago when I was involved in the snow removal business we had a very prestigious client and two sides of his commercial property was bordered by a tall Lucious cedar hedge. The worried about the salting effect on this hedge requested sanding our only client for this. However after a couple of storms reverted to salt as he was ticked about the sand on the floors inside his building from the heavy pedestrian traffic.
Watch limestone it can also track inside we use to get cinders from a local power plant at a hospital free but dirty. Have a funeral home, and we still do some 40 years later got tracked onto the oriental rugs. My dad had to have them professionally cleaned big learning experience.
They were saying 1-2” tonight early AM closer to the Laurel Highlands which some of ours approach the mountains there. Gotta watch for that. Can get 6” there and nothing 40miles away. Still well within our coverage radius.
How high do you need to lift? I always ride with plow just off ground when traveling at full height. So when plowing float function goes down far as possible. My opinion
We just started last year but have used it in the past but it wasn’t worth it back then but now we salt almost every small storm or temperatures shifts
Stan you must be bored making a big deal 1 in storm. 2 videos to boot. Yes, I would plow that storm, and why waste the salt. I did it twice this year , and no client has complained. What they have to remember it's your liability when snow hits pavement have to agree to your terms. If clients don't agree, have them sign an additional insurance agreement along with a hold harmless agreement removing you from any liability from snow services you provided.
It's crazy the south had more snow this year then the northeast. Heard of one company sent trucks to New Orleans to plow for $550.00 per hour per truck only plows in the city area
Don't you snow plow drivers get a government subsidize like the farmers if the crops don't come the government pays them so strands to reason of there's no snow to push kind of like a crops [Any burning ears?]
That sounds like a liberal idea. Don't have the government bale you out when times are hard. That's why this country is trillions in debt, easier to print it than to control the problem

Thanks for watching and for your kind words! It's great to hear how the channel has helped you along the way.

Practically zero snow here in New England for us. Stay safe plowing and salting out there guys! God Bless 🇺🇸☃️
Good morning, Stan! Best opening shot ever! Just what I wanted with my coffee...doughnuts!!😁 Stay warm out there! Have a great day! God bless.

sounds right. Sand is messy
All they use in CA is sand. Yes very messy, but no rust…
That brown winter is why everyone around my area is getting out of plowing. You simply cant justify the investment for 2 or 3 plows a season.
It can be tough to keep up with the business when we don’t get much snow.
I wish I could work for Stan he seems like such a good dude
Front windshield do not tint will be harder to see at night especially foggy nights with tinted windows.
Ya alex likes his tint and the next guy just has to deal with it
I need one of those sno powers asap lol! Keep up the great work
Thanks, they're really nice plows!
Depending on where you are call up snow power or if you’re local to mn then iron valley is the place to go for snow power or Arctic
We don’t use sand either. Sometimes we will mix 1B or limestone chips w the salt if there is a salt shortage. Helps w traction. Never sand tho
I’ve never tried adding limestone chips to the salt. I’ll have to give it a try!

Listening to you guys talk about the weather sounds like our guys talking about the weather lol

I am seeing about the same thing down here in southeast Michigan, we should of had a few good snow storms by now
This is the type of snow I get my big Billy goat blow out for.
Also that plow kinda looks like it’s tipped forward a touch too much
That plow is awesome
When I used to do snow removal when we went to an account with zero tolerance we used a skiddy with a 9 foot power broom
don’t just add a block in your truck, get the proper springs to level it but get good quality ones! Makes a world the difference in ride quality
Yeah the piles have stiffened up. It’s like stacking on concrete.
Every ford squates when you pull a trailer. JUNK!
Funny.....i have 6 of them and they do not AT ALL. Mine are either special or you have no idea what you're talking about. Shall we venture a guess?
So far what Plows for Trucks are you liking the best?
Always good info
here to help
Any customer of mine. Would have fired you on the spot. For dueing doughnuts in there lot.
Where did the hiltip go?
Didn’t have that truck out there and we mostly use the boss salters and the vsi system cuz there easy to take in and out
Kind of sad watching Stan age before our very eyes 😢
That orange plow is about useless, too slow lifting and doesn’t lift anywhere near high enough.
How high do you need to lift? I always ride with plow just off ground when traveling at full height. So when plowing float function goes down far as possible. My opinion
God bless you
The only way a ford can spin it's tires is on ice and you proved it.
First time hearing that you use salt.
We just started last year but have used it in the past but it wasn’t worth it back then but now we salt almost every small storm or temperatures shifts
Wouldn't it be faster to use the wheel loader with the wide pusher
It a site that’s not near any of our other sites that have the loaders at
@App1eDash makes since
Bro its time to cut the beard.. looks like you aged 30 years with it that long. .. great video as usual.
I want a Ford super duty regular cab.
Why no brine ?
Why didn’t you use brine

11 inches in Alabama...first time in 100 years

Use airbags instead of a taller block
More springs are the only way to go set of helper springs. Manufacturers design trucks for the public, not for construction or contractors anymore
👍

It is the same thing here with the weather
That’s all we have are ZT accounts.
Sorry Stan that beard is not a good look for you..
