Hi Paul. Had to watch. Then watch again to comment. This home is amazing. Beautiful elevation and view on entry. Love the bar/butlers pantry area. 1/2 bath right behind it. Kitchen is huge with an island and peninsula. Love the outdoor pool area with a door right by the rear bathroom in the back of the home. No tracking wet to the 1/2 bath in the front of the home. First floor primary and en-suite is amazing. Lovely curved staircase to the 2nd floor. Lovely first bedroom with en-suite. This home is 4500 sq feet. I think the 2nd floor 3rd bedroom and bathroom should’ve been it’s en-suite and a at least a 1/2 bath in the playroom. It’s even large enough for a full bath. Other than that, gorgeous home. Yes they do. Some builders don't put them on the models because people do stupid things when left alone in model homes.
