It's amazing how nice it can look with some cleaning :-D It did look mucky. Rub light oil in to the plastic bumpers to darken the plastic, makes it look better for selling. I agree,and i didn't think it cold turn out that good. I got a heat gun for my birthday,i will try on the bumpers to see if it makes a difference. I didn't know about oil,i will try too. If i did fit in it,i would have kept it : lighter ,and more economical than my renault 21,and with injection,i can run E85 fuel easily. Yes about the cats,but here,they are fed by a lot of people,so they are lazy lol The birds seem happy and not afraid to land a bit everywhere,we even have squirrels on the poles ,a bit like tom cruise action stuff for free.

Since you have the heat gun, what about applying wax polish then warming it up to smooth it out. Black boot polish.. no no wrong colour lol. It can be a wire or a plug ,wich is damaged or corroded,on the airbag,in the steering wheel,or on the seat connectors,under them. Both components are working together,if you have an accident the belts tensionners pull you to your seat and the air bag inflates. It's often under the seat,because you adjust it,the plug can corrode or be loose.

I think it made 161 000 km. I think it should be a bit more fresh with 61 000 km,i changed the control arms bushings on the front. All the wear make me think it's a correct guess. I'm pretty sure it didn't do 261 000 km,it would be way more used.

You should have a plate on the car,with th VIN number,weight etc... there is a color code on it. I think it's Ford XSC2811 Bright Blue but give me the color code on the VIN plate if you want. A manufacturer can give various names to colors that don't look like really what you think it's supposed to be lol.

Hi, It's behind the clutch pedal : remove the hydraulic lines,uncouple from the pedal,chnage it,purge the clutch system from the gearbox bleeder. What is your problem ?
@@michaelovitch i have a leakage inside the car under pedal , when i brake the car do not stop immediately and when i push the clutch pedal or brake pedal the car stops after that i have to run the engine again.
6:25 i have a mk6 2007. i need to do that every single f year. it's insane how stupid did they concept the wiper grill so wide to get all the leafs in the drain areas. they never learn or they don't care.
I think they don't care,they know where crap can accumulate,and it's good to cause corrosion ,so you get leaks inside,and you want a new car or before all that go to the dealer to get the problem solved.
@@michaelovitch On mk6 also if you wanna clean for real all the dirt from there, you need to get off the wiper arms off with special tools. pain in the ass every year..Really nice restore of the car by the way, i love when people restore and bring back to life old cars. At least ford had some good engines in the past. i have 1.3 69cp engine and i have no problems with the engine for 16 years now. chain distribution
@@pierdmereu1300 Thanks, I use a inertia puller for the wipers ,but it's a pain ,yes. Each time you weaken the splines,whatever the method,they are not made to be removed. This engine is good,simple and reliable,i guess it's not what manufacturers want anymore since some time now haha
