It is used to mean that, this, there, the, etc. For example if you were to say something like "Oh yeah Im going to uhhhhh, the park today." You would replace the "uh" with this word. It is similar to how in english you will say things like "um", or "uh". Not at all related to the n word. Hope this was informative.
