The AG is a minister as well so if he needs information he will speak to the sector minister he needs the information from to get it for him. If AG made a request to defense minister. Defense minister will inform the CDS who will put in the request with an action letter for the request. AG will make a request with a letter and Defense minister will send it to the appropriate authorities to take action. From Defense to CDS to Army HQ the to MS( Military Secretary ),etc before the information will be released. AG might not attach all the request letters to the court but the needs documents in court. The judge chose to listen to some of the evidence in camera because some were classified. Even the first latter AG showed to Jakpa should have been in camera
