Yeah Paprika has a pink tint to it. I noticed that when I mixed a few colors. Try using a orange blaze / sunrise orange ( those are yellow tinted oranges ) mixed with copper brown.
I guess that’s what it was, I appreciate the tip. I’ll keep that in mind
@@tyannashaye5584 no problem, yeah I was shocked when I actually poured the dye out of the bottle and it came out that color lol
Hmm I’ve never noticed that but it looked more red once, I just use Cajun spice and orange blaze together since the paprika was too red and dark for what I wanted. I’m just now recently using orange blaze.

I like Adore and had some paprika color.
Mine came out more like a beet color, and I don’t like it either.
I think once it fades a little it will be ok.
Update: I don’t like it. It makes my skin complexion look green. I’m gonna add purple to make it look burgundy.

You can’t mix the developer & hair dye together then apply it that way?
you can but not with adore dye.. i tried it and it was way too watery and my hair color never lifted.
you can always do a test strand at the back of your head
What she said. If you’re hair has never been dyed you have to lift it first and then apply the dye

Thank you. I took the locs out because they were bigger than I wanted them plus I wasn’t ready to fully commit to the style.
Did it burn when u dyed it?
No it didn’t. I used Vaseline on my hairline and it helped a lot

No I would just style it and air dry it

No I didn’t. I usually wait until I see about 2 inches of my roots and re do it. I can definitely do a video when I do re dye

Girl that copper brown wil mess everything up I just used it to with French cognac n the brown shows more then the orange color it’s definitely copper I wanted more ginger when it fade I’m gonna do the French cognac n a actual orange more then the copper brown bc my hair looks the exact same as urs lol
lol I figured that’s what the problem was. I redid It and it still turned out the same. I’ve never heard of the French cognac🤔
