And this vlog was again shot randamonly because I get really busy or rather I say I forget that I am vlogging. Kids school, their tuitions, guests coming home, preparing meals, all such are the normal routine which is way more than before. But truly blessed to have a healthy life with my family. This year and the last year was crazy with ups and downs. Lets pray and hope the next year to be much much better.

Ginger - a medium piece
Shallots - 6 - 7

Curry leaves - a handful

Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

Nice vlog... A small tip dosa should be cooked both the side,and need not cover the kadai, It should be served hot , turn and flip like how chapati is cooked, dosa takes less tym.
