I have two of these Dogwood trees ( Cornus mas) in Delaware USA and now I’ll try making compote! Usually just the deer eat them.

Beautiful...what a gorgeous red color on that water after boiling. I've never seen anything harvested like the beating of the tree and the fruit falling on the tarp. That is BRILLIANT! And those critters sure love their Daddy....Everything is just so beautiful....and you both work SO hard. Do you ever take a day off to just kick back and RELAX??
