There is only One Holy God and that is the God of ancient days. The God of Old. The Father of the Lord Jesus Christ, who so loved the world that He gave His only Son to die on a cross for the sins of the world. Christ took all our sins to the cross and died rejected by God and facing His wrath on our behalf. Believe this true Gospel and be saved. That Christ died for all sinners and God raised Him from the dead so we could be justified and forgiven, and Holy before God risen with His Son as God's righteousness, living a new life in His Son. A new life in Christ the Most Holy. One with God through death burial and resurrection. Don't live a life apart from Christ or without believing this True Gospel. There is only peace with God through the blood of Jesus He spilt on that cross. There is only forgiveness of sins through that blood and only eternal life through and in Jesus.

I saw His Holiness give a talk in Berkeley, this is long before he came out as a Marxist. He mentioned disarmingly that he was not *born* into the perfect paragon of peace and right action (I forget the words he actually used) - that he even was into toy soldiers as a boy. This really made him human- it was a humble thing for him to admit this. He was amazingly present and available - and the cadence to his voice made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. His words and mannerisms bespoke kindness, of course, but also confidence.
