Hackett needs to evolve. Predictability is the death of an OC in this league. And that goes for Rodgers too. He wanted Hackett because they had success together in Green Bay but it’s the same offense and Aaron has the same tendencies as does Hackett when he sends a play to the huddle. They need to stop the complacency and innovate, or it’s over.

One thing lost in the mix is Rodgers' weird style of play, avoiding the middle of the field. Ive always felt this was a major weakness of his and that his recent struggles may have to do with that. It's harder to do without a good o-line or mobile QB

His arm is still great, but everything else has fallen off, including mobility and anticipation. Rodgers has always relied on his physical gifts. He's the anti Tom Brady. Brady wasn't as talented but has excellent fundamentals. Not to mention better leadership qualities. Rodgers in his prime was great despite poor fundamentals.
You add on a below average o-line, below average recivers outside of Wilson, the NFL's worst offensive coordinator in Hackett; you get this disaster of an offense.

The jets are basically the packers during Rodgers last year in GB where Aaron basically took over the offense and Lefleurs offense took a backseat. They regressed from year 1-3 where it was more Lefleurs offense. Roger’s style of offense is out dated. And his timing is off with the receivers because he didn’t spend the extra time in the off season to get chemistry. The Vikings are also crazy good and I don’t think anyone saw this coming. I think they may be last years Eagles. Start out as the best team in the league but fall off at the end where the packers come on strong late and start slow. The jets probably won’t even make the playoffs and everyone is getting fired next year and Rodgers retires. He seems like his heart isn’t in it anymore and he doesn’t have the legs to whip the ball line he used to

Rodgers picked Hackett as OC so he gets the blame for the bad play calls. And the receiver at the end didn’t even know the ball was thrown until too late and couldn’t have caught it even if it wasn’t intercepted.
Maybe Rodgers should have spent more time in the off-season learning to work as a team rather than thinking of himself. I remember when people defended him for skipping mandatory practices because they thought practice is somehow about individual improvement. Rodgers inherited a good team with the Packers and took it for granted that he was the secret sauce.

He reminds me of 2010 Favre. Favre's knee was badly injured against the Saints, and he lost a lot of that elusiveness in the pocket that made him special, even in 2009, Brett could still get away from pressure, roll out, and make a play down field. When he couldn't do that in 2010, he was just an average, maybe even below average QB. That's what Rodgers looks like, 14 years later. Rodgers was 26 and just entering his prime then, and the Packers would win the SB. Father time is undefeated.

This. The best thing the Jets can do is admit defeat, move on from Rodgers after this season and get a QB in the draft like every other bad team did this year. Rogers should retire while he still has a shred of dignity left. His predecessor also outlived his welcome, Favre

Billy has been stalking back and forth along the side of his classroom, wearing a headset and clutching a donut shop menu, occasionally screaming "at the refs" and tossing a red beanbag towards his teachers. I think you had better call him NOW, for the good of everyone.

Rodgers was god awful. He's an average QB at best at this point in his career. You seem to be blaming everyone else. His throw to Lazard was terrible. He has to see Van Ginkel, and even if he didn't pick it the guy behind him probably would have. The throw to lose the game was absolutely pathetic.

No QB can win with2.6 yards a carry , when did he blame anybody else? You fan girls always making up drama

The final throw? Bruh that was easy completion if Mike turns around. He didn’t turn around at all, Rodgers can’t throw and run down to catch it

@@migusto1812 he threw it to the wrong shoulder. Back in the day he and Jordy Nelson had a psychic connection on such throws.

Rodgers was always elite at post snap performances he can't perform post snap the way he used to because his mobility is bad Rodgers was used to always beating the defenses with on the run throws he was never really a true pocket passer 💯

Jets will be just fine. I see four game winning streak coming up. They missing their qb on defense. He'll be back next week. Defense can't function currently without him. Go jets!!

      The defense is functioning fine.
They gave up 16 points today the Vikings offense. Including 3 long FGs. 40,51,53
      Held Darnold to 40% completion.
      A 20 QBR 😂
AND MINN TO 2.7 Yards Per Rush.
But yeah once the defense gets it’s head out of it’s as s…. The jets will be in great shape lol 😂 👌

Lol do you watch the games or just pull stuff out your a$$. The jets have a top 5 defense this year. They've had a great defense every year under salah.. The last 2 games they allowed 10 and 17 points.
