If you buff the bad characters to the level of the strong characters, that also creates balance. You don't need nerfs when you make good buffs unless something is ABSOLUTELY UNFAIR
If it isn't broken, there is no reason to nerf them. Just buff the weak kharacters to the level of the strong kharacters so there aren't any garbage weak kharacters.

He only has a single mix with his overhead that 99% of people don’t know about but it doesn’t make him much stronger. His damage is what keeps him at the top of many people’s tier lists for now but it shouldn’t take long for people to understand
Ain't no way. All Takeda has is damage. He ain't got nothing but that 1 low and grab with certain kameos. Teleport sucks, wakeup sucks, his only oh puts opp out of range for anything, seriously, Takeda is just big brain Scorpion.
As a scorpion main when u hit somone with the ferra overhead do stan 4 you can do it once and connect it into spear and it does crazy damage and if you want more you can do stan 4 dash stan 4 spear but this timing is hard maybe it's just me tough
i dont think scorpion was bad at all, mk1 is my first attempt to learn a fighting game and i made it to godhood in about 3 to 4 months. And my hands are definitely not build for these kind of games. lol

That bk 3 cancel is massive in the sence Scorpy now has cancel options as you now. You now can play mixup bk 3s into teleport, armour ect. And the beauty everybody misses with Scorpy is the dude is a monster counter punisher. Look at the reach spear and teleport have ? If yal try playing Scorpy as you would Jonny or lao youl loose 100% of the time. You cant outframe the other fighters like that. You have to pick off slower moves and counter punish into a full combo. Just to be clear Scorpys damage max out at 50%. So you only need 2 counter punishes per round to win👍 And the 2 other factors are having an unblockable and the fact once Scorpy launches you, 75% of his combo is air, so nobody can block it. If people get their head round Scorpys mechanics in the game then they'd realise Scorpy is actually pretty decent now. All this top n bottom tier is b.s It's how you choose to use him 👍
