Wish I didn’t let that one go. Instantly regret it haha. She’s a good runner. It went to a good home. Glad Ant is going to enjoy it and build it to his liking.
Ok, so what do y’all both do in your real life (non-TH-cam life)? Love your videos, always awesome to get home garage wrenching content on TH-cam!! Keep being awesome!
Great 👍 tip on the front forks guys. I say go with the lighting underneath. It’s already over the top so might as well go all the way. Big fan of OPL show also.😎Dave H
Underlighting would look great on the Road Queen. You thinking a nice pale blue? You guys rock, ride safe. Regards from Odin Guard MCC in Lancashire, England.
Looks and sounds like a few Solo cups were sacrificed prior to making this video. I can support that kind of behavior. It always seems to help me find the hole too.
Under lighting is definitely a yes from me; blue would work nice, but isn't there a product that does multiple? That way you can bling to any mood on bike night. I'm running a Gen 2 on my Slim S - it's a great headlight. Today's TWSS is 1...the entire premise to the video was one big gigantic TWSS. 🤪
💯 % UnderGlow LighTing!!!!!!!!!! I put it on both SGS and RGS. It give a different life to the bike. Evening dusk or night riding it's easy to locate your partner in a group when you get separated. OK Truth it just looks so freaking awesome and shiny. After I put it on our touring bikes, my kids put it on their cruisers, and we have a kit to put on the youngest boys sport bike. 🏍
@@VPCustoms Definitely! Over the weekend my daughter was teaching her brothers g/f to ride on our VStar 650. Perfect starter bike if speed is not wanted. The g/f did great and is now super excited to take the course for endorsement.
When I first got my Sporty I thought about removing these, because quit frankly they are ugly. But I decided those extra bits of reflective parts are a good thing for people seeing me.
Under lighting not a huge fan of but I'm saying yes on this one. Got to be blue though. Not going to like this one but thought the rear Moon light looked better than the Eagle
Yea i remember doing that in the 80s I used sos pads 200 grit 300 grit 400 grit 600 grit 1000 grit and 3000 grit all with washing up liquid in the water so the paper diddnt clog Then i used the alloy polish for a chrome finish It took me 2 hours for each leg and the engine covers on my chopper We never had the nice cordless tools or the stick on pads back then it was all hand rubbing and coach work for the paint IE each coat brushed on then flat sanded Then next coat and so on for 30 coats then a mirror polish Same as they do on the Rolls Royce's for the Tank Dunno bought the indicators ,peeps are so glued to their phones now they dont even see the bikes let alone the indicators So loud bikes save lives Same as the ambulance ,police and fire department sirens So if there going to com, plain about the bikes exhaust that saves lives A good argument should be all the other sirens they should ban
Great job on the polish metal now the hard part is keeping it polished. YES YES on the Under glow…It will make her ass pop twice ass nice at night without needing a so-low cup or two but they do help…
I did an entire yamaha R1 frame and wheels with it , it came out like a mirror, secret to polishing metal is heat from a high speed buff along with Caswell bar compounds
That GAP is incredible!!!
Under lighting would be killer. You guys rock!
Thank you!
Forks look amazing, wouldn’t have expected anything less from yall. Under glow lighting on the road queen for the win
Thank you for that!
When you started explaining the forks I noticed that headlight and immediately thought; they're hacks. Thank you for showing me better!👍
🙌🏼

I got an 03 Softail and the forks looked like your before and did this exact thing and it came out looking really good.
Yes for lighting. It just keeps getting better.
Hell yeah!
Great video Tanya and Eric . Yes, I would definitely go with the underglow lighting.. The reflection off the chrome would look amazing.
Thank you!
Those forks came out awesome guys!! Awesome job on that bike!! Love the headlight!!
Thanks Jay!!!
Exactly what I needed! Thank you! Great vid! You guys are a lot of fun.
Glad you enjoyed it! 😁🤘🏼

It's a great bike, it will be certainly cherished around here!
Thanks for the discount code , new headlight is being delivered tomorrow. Keep up the good work.
Thank you for choosing them!
Glad to see yall back. Good looking out on the fork polishing 🫡🇺🇸🤙🏽
Hope it can help some people!
Warm reflectors,with hair dryer,use,wire and pull off,regards mike,uk
Thank you! She was being stubborn! Haha
Did this on my Dyna Custom a few years back. The shine holds up well, only requiring a little polish from time to time.
Glad to hear it!
Yes under glow lights (blue) is the only way to go, at night with the chrome 🔥
I’ve done mine. No need to sand and scuff. Apply red devil paint stripper to remove the clear coat and just polish ! Comes out like chrome !
Do they stay nice and bling bling, or they get corroded and funky after awhile?
thanks
I would stay on top of keeping them polished
Looks great guys!
Thank you!

That will look killer buddy!
The Night Train in the background looks awesome
Thank you! We have 2 of them. We'll be bringing them out soon
Underlighting would look great on the Road Queen. You thinking a nice pale blue?
You guys rock, ride safe.
Regards from Odin Guard MCC in Lancashire, England.
Cheers from across the pond!
there is a coating they put over that lower fork leg the carrier that protects it from tarnish and small chips, it s hard clear lacquer type coating
Ah ok, well most this age have failed and look terrible. So this is a cool option for people
wondered where you two have been. it was like 2 weeks without a video... hope all is well with you two.
We're back! Thanks for missing us!
@@VPCustoms since you been working on the road queen do you ever ride your old bike any?

Nice Tips!
Good work.
For someone who handles a tube like you do you just have to have the lights 😊
I'm always curious how under lighting is done. I always see something new.
Hope we can help then!
Let it glow just like the glow after all the solo
Great video,
Thanks Doc!
Great video
Thank you!
I did the same thing with my street glide turned out way better than buying chrome legs.
How does the polished metal hold up against corrosion, compared to chrome?
I haven't had any issues. I just wipe them down.
Much more cost effective!
Good times!

I thought the Queen already had under glow lights on it when you bought it. Go with lights or no lights, whichever keeps Tanya smiling.
You're on it man! It did have some old old Kurakyns. I ditched them a while back
Lights baby!!!
😎
What stand/jack is that?
It's a let's Roll lift and dolly, we have a link in the description below
Polished metal looks richer than chrome.
That is what she said….20 bucks please
For sure!

Chrome doesn’t require constant maintenance.
@@freebehindbars8654
It dies an ugly death. Just my view. Chrome is sweet when it’s new.
ill be honest im a fan of the bike stand i need details on that being i dont even have a jack
It's the Let's Roll Lift and Dolly system

You should do the under glow
Yes, underglow for the Road Queen. For sure.
👊🏼
I did it to my Road Glide.
Shall havs another crack at mine with those tips, Thanks
You got this
Under Glow lighting would look great on her bike. Just don’t overload the electrical.
“Tanya polishing a tube!”😳👀🤔 I dropped my phone.🤯🤯🤯🤯😁👍
Getcha a woman that can polish a fork tube
Is a woman a man wishes for on a Friday or Saturday night. 😂😂🤞
YES

Use a blow dryer or heat gun. Makes it easier
For the reflectors
Hmm, me thinks there were more than 3 Solo cups involved in the making of this vid!!😇
🤣😇

Got to Clean your tube in between drillings
Absolutely 🤣
Forks look great!! Definitely do all the lighting!! Need to see those feet at night
Don't ramp them up
👍
👍👍👍👍👍
It would have been so much easier to remove the tubes and then use a real buffing wheel.
Dont get your hair stuck in the Dewalt
Dam you are lucky to have her.does she have a sister?????
2 of them! Haha spoken for tho!
Hell no on the under glow if you won’t all that buy a gold wing
No to under lighting
for safety please put your hair up when running a drill like that
That would be a no
Use fishing line and a heat gun.
She was being stubborn 🤣
👍👍🍺🍺
🍻
No lights, that’s almost as annoying as a guy on a bagger blaring his stereo at a bike night.
UNDER LIGHTING FOR SURE
300ex
Put some w d on it first.
Chrome won't get you home buy vintage
Sigh
go to Caswell plating for polishing stuff it's all hard bar compounds that you burn into a spiral bound buff man you can't beat the results
I'll look into it! Thanks!
