No. It's just that there are so many amateurs and slackers in Lakeshore that they asked the Seacrest County police for help, and apparently they don't have anything racing except hypercars anymore, so they calmly dumped them on the Lakeshore Police Department and they said, "Deal with it yourself."Also, seeing the chaos happening in Lakeshore, Sergeant John Cross himself volunteered to help and... We see everything for ourselves from here on out.
