Another thing I realised is he fact that she made all those glowing lines and made her own wish come true. My theory is that casita is mirabels gift because the casita depends on the mood of mirabel. When she's sad or scared the walls crack, when she's happy the walls are fine and at the end of the movie when mirabel loses all hope the house come crashing down and the miracle dies until mirabel puts the handle in the new house and the miracle blooms again.
