people do get sick everywhere. it is not about India or Japan. There is no or very rare viral infection or malaria/dengue cases. I haven't heard of them. But, some pollen allergy/runny nose/cough due to weather change or cold is there. cancer diseases is there case by case but life style of people here is very good which helps them to live longer with healthy life.

What's the average monthly salary of engineer's (of any branch) in Japan and also of doctors who is just cleared 5.5 years mbbs
As per my findings , Doctors average salary in Japan is 12-13 lac yen per month . About Engineers Job and salary, I will make a separate video soon 👍
