Oh ... I m coming Japan to in January... Like my 60% relative live in Japan ... They buy home in Japan in loan from agency's... But Didi you can buy home in loan .. Like you pay rent 75000¥ per month ... If you buy a home in loan then every month little by little you can pay the loan and after 20/25 years later the home is your and in 20/25 years your loan will complete .. You guys live long year in Japan n I think you guys have Japan edgugant or permanent residencship ..you guys can buy home or property... If you pay rent every month ..it's a lose .. If you guys take a look ...in Japan you can take home loan ..like buy a home n every month little by little pay the money to the owner of the home or owner of agency .... So you guys should do it ..
Japan is beautiful.people are wonderful but only such people who may have norhing in india may like to live here.
