  • Gallup has many assessment test to assess individual contributors to people manager roles. In this video , I have covered few very frequently asked questions in a Gallup round for managers and my suggestive answers. Whats important in this video is , that I have shared the linkages in the questions , which Gallup algorithms catches.

    recently went through this process and below are questions
    1. Do you think a chain of command is essential in the workplace?
    2. What does being competitive mean to you, and how competitive are you?
    3. Tell me about a time you felt successful.
    4. Tell me about a time you felt uncomfortable or unprepared in your job.
    5. What is the kindest thing a boss has ever said to you? How did the compliment make you feel, and did you agree with the praise?

    Much appreciated if you can answer this question. Does the Gallup interviewer see my resume? Or, they simply ask the series of questions and have never seen my resume. thank you.

      Thanks for the feedback ! To answer your question …. They don't have any CV, they ask the role of the person to ensure that the Gallup type is appropriate for that role he/she applied for…
      Like what kind of Gallup the person is appearing for … like individual or Managerial Gallup … Cheers Arun

    Can you do a series on gallup interview for other positions like regulatory affairs Specialist, product Specialist, product support specialist in medical device technology companies

      Thanks for reaching out .. Ya I can do the series for the above mentioned roles ... Gallup is not functional based .. this is behavioral based .... so its irrespective of the roles ....

    It seems you have good advice but man that muzak-trak in the background is blaring. Maybe not so bad for short bursts, but watching this entire video with that going all the time is almost unbearable.
