Hi Lucy😎👍 I am here now,, went past winner's yesterday but you weren't working so just went along the prom and got drunk 🤣🤣🤣👌🤪 on the Morgan Tavern opening,, they have been in cleaning the place up the last 2 days,, looks like it will be opened probably this weekend👍😎😎👀 in fact there is music coming from morgans right now,, sounds like sound checks etc👌all the best - Simmy

Hi Lucy! It was great to meet you on Thursday night at Winners bar…having at last…after 5 attempts…arriving in Benidorm!! You have a great bar there and in a nice location. We go back home to Newcastle on Saturday 😏🤧, me and Rita will call in again. It’s great to be back. We have next June booked to come back, but may also try for early May and August or September! 😎😎. Just got back a week ago from my second trip this year and looks like a fair few more bars opened even in those 7 days. Hopefully squeeze in one more trip this year if all continues to go well. We were there for just under two weeks and it got busier by the day, lovely to see!

Brilliant good-news back-to-back video again - long may they continue. If anyone knows if an artist called Freya (Laurent) is in Benidorm could they please let me know. Going myself soon and she's got the best female voice I've ever heard abroad and it would make the holiday to see her again. Looking forward to going over again just a tiny bit, actually in 1 month, 1week, 17 hours and 39 minutes. Might even go to the outdoor market if it's on, I've heard there might be a stall selling handbags - yay........Good luck all.

When we were there last week the Irish bar on the raised platform opposite the Marina bar was closed along with the Secret Garden next door to the Marina Hotel (up the steps) which was also closed are these showing any signs of opening. Hopefully all will be open for next years spring and summer season, along with the Service group hotels which we like to stay in. Stay safe

Great content again Lucy, I wonder what your take is on mask wearing etc! The newer town area with bars and clubs getting more frequented with mostly "younger" people seem to all be mask free however up to date videos of old town areas appear to have most people wearing masks. I'm not complaining but I did think it a bit stupid wearing a mask while standing but not when sitting (in the same area)

Hola Lucy, Many thanks for your very informative videos, youv,e saved me many miles of walking, bus and train fares,, ha,ha. I am a singer from England, looking for venues. I have taken occassional trips into Benidorm (I live in Calpe) for the past 18 months, only to see Calle Gerona looking like a ghost town, very depressing. 😐 Now looking well, so tomorrow morning, I will spend full day and evening looking around, and maybe find a gig. I have been advised to perform a U2 tribute show as a solo artist using pro bakntrax. Maybe you can point me in the right direction. Before here, I was living in France performing a variety show. Because of covid I now use my videos on TH-cam in an attempt to find work. Outdoor rehearsals in Calpe, pro studio soon in Alicante. TH-cam Peter Richards Walk On U2 cover and many more. 👍😁
