Hello sir, I configured vdp but showing this error and also both are password is same (The main and sub door station's password should be the same, or the registration will be failed. Please change the device password)
best suggestion is to fully default the unit as start again, if you have the latest software on the units then it should be easy via the Wizard on the indoor station

So we cant complete this process of adding devices without pc or laptop?
Am sure there must be a way without PC just access the device IP on a browser and continue from there
The latest menus on the Intercoms have a good Wizard that lets you find the outdoor stations without the use of a PC or Laptop. Hope that helps.
