In this presentation, we'll sketch several considerations that may help people navigating contemporary appraisals of Neoplatonism, Plato, and other varieties of Platonism. Specifically, we'll be concentrating on the posture adopted by exponents / proponents of Western, Analytic Philosophy -- of which Russell (along with Gottlob Frege and G. E. Moore) was a principal articulator.
The aim is not to say anything definitive -- let alone "authoritative"! Instead, we offer some reflections as food for thought.
