Thank you, so informative. I'm taking MTR training from their website pathways, under exam prep.... they skip out on a lot of key information and just reference "we made a separate video"... Really appreciate the clarification! I rather 1 expert explain it, than three people bounce around less organized! Learning this technology for the MTR equipment my employer sells !
Hello Graham, great information. I have a Cisco Room Bar with MTR Basic license, i followed al of your steps and after i set credentials in the device, it is unable to complete registration. It has open internet connectivity and credentials are right.
Got a Yealink unit but no meetings are being displayed. Looks like an Exchange issue as no meetings in the web calendar but there is for the on prem exhange. We have a hybrid setup. Any ideas what would cause the meetings not to be displayed please?
Are you not able to move your room mailboxes to be all in Office 365/Exchange Online rather than on-prem? Sounds like the calendar isn't syncing over to Teams. Microsoft are changing the way the calendar works in Teams in November, so that might fix things in your hybrid setup.
Thanks @Graham Walsh. If I need to create the normal room resource to be use for Logitech teams room device. I will just need to follow the steps in front? The PowerShell options for the calendar is optional?
@@TheGrahamWalsh thanks Graham. I am not good in power shell. Do you mind posting the Powell shell commands you have used in this video here? I will try it on my new deployment. 🙏
Hi Graham, I have a rally bar with Teams Basic license applied, and have it assigned to a room (also with the Basic license) but scheduled meetings are not showing up. Any ideas on this one? I have put in a ticket to MS and waiting a response, but it's been a week so far...
@@TheGrahamWalsh My issue has been resolved - apparently the UPN must match the email address (for some reason our admin had a hashtag on the username, but not in the email address). Hopefully this will help someone in the future.
Although it will break your onscreen jumper :-) , we like to disable Cortana also during config using steps from a previous video you posted.. Powershell all the way.. GUI is so clunky..

Are the meetings showing up on the room mailbox calendar when logging in with the same account on outlook.office.com?
