Albums like Generation Terrorists and The Holy Bible where bleak affairs that expressed a worldview of alienation and boredom that was completely at odds with the then popular cool Britannia movement. At the height of their fame lyricist Richey Edwards vanished and hasn’t been seen in over two decades. In this moving interview from 2002 front man James Dean Bradfield reflects Edwards’ legacy and discusses why the band choose to continue and what direction the hope to move in next.
