Hi Maam! Clarify ko lang po need po ba ng NBI sa pag file ng AOS. Ilan pong BC documents po ang sinecure niyo po pag alis niyo papuntang US. Thank you!
@@aderableade1215 Hello, no need for NBI clearance po di nila inohonor yan dito sa US. Anyways pwede kayu mgsecure 1 or 2 BC and Bring lots of 2x2 photos for your AOS. Kasi you're gonna need 2 on each form. I485. 765. 131 if applyan nyu lahat.

Hi jhai would like to ask unsa amo buhaton we married tong October and we send our marriage certificate sa Juneau and more than a month na wla pa na blik. And sa i-94 nako expiration date is this 19 na. 😢
@@euravillaceran3041 Hi, so expired k1 visa, expired i94 is no problem in applying for adjustment of status if that's what you're worried about. As long as you got married within 90 days upon your arrival if you are a K1 VISA FILER now in the US.
@@euravillaceran3041 no maam, you're fine as long as you got married within 90 days as part of the Rule of K1 Visa. And i applied AOS, EAD & Travel Parole before with Expired K1 Visa, expired I-94 and more than 90 days.

Kung babae po ng petitioner kailangan na po ba gamitin ang last name ng husband/ beneficiary to fill up the forms like affidavit of support ect.
