You should try to get a UV curing lamp. Then paint resin on the larger FDM prints and then cure it with the lamp after the entire model is covered. Should eliminate a lot of layer lines.

Best thing about fdm is that it takes drybrush really well. I don't even color it. I just prime black and dry brush colors with the black base acting as a shade. Stuff like big temple ruins can be painted in 10 min flat.

Txarli Factory would be pronounced as "Charlie Factory", the spelling of Txarli is Basque (North of Spain)
