Would you use the same method with epoxy on a laminate wood stock?

Will the stock swivel work with a Bergera B14? The swivel it comes with has course threads, and I see on the website that these are a finer thread.

Does this work on composite stocks

Would you recommend taking the barrel and action off the stock for this? I’m sure you have done this often but for a first timer just to be safe?

If you are comfortable going that route, sure. Just depends on how thick the front end of the stock is.

I have yet to see someone install a pic-rail on a wood or laminated stock.

What so surprising/weird with that? It's not like harris bipod is more stable than picatinny one. And then what if you want to use sling with bipod?

Can you use the 5 minute epoxy in the swing swivel screw as well, or would you recommend the blue locktite?

He's using loctite on the rear screw because its already pre drilled metal on metal threads. You want to use epoxy on the new hole as it will be metal on wood, composite, etc.

Thanks for the video. Several other options for the stud mount that don't require drilling the stock, 1e: Caldwell, etc.. Also, I kinda lost interest when you used what looks to be a very nice scope to support the rifle while you worked on it.

The Caldwell option did not work well for me at all. Could never get it rock solid and it had a tendency to slide around on the stock and swivel. In my opinion, actually tapping and mounting a rail on the stock is the best way to go.

$30 for three inches of plastic. I need a business with that kind of profit margin.

You clearly didn't watch the video...the Pic Rail is not plastic
