Я тоже начал тренироваться 1980, занимался дзюдо и каратэ goju ryu. Уже в 90-х понял, что кимоно и бесконтактные спарринги это неверный путь. Так получилось ММА.🙂

I began Judo in 1957, aikido and karate in 1963. This karate competition is à sport, à show, not thé original japanese martial art. It is thé same for judo.
