Architects don’t make a lot of money. If your goal is to be rich this is not the path to riches. Architecture is a love and passion where a lot hard work is required for a modest but happy life.
You should ask Alpha how he did it. I am not an expert on getting rich but what I have observed is that like Alpha you need to sell products that everyone wants and that is not available on the market. Architects work by hour or a contract amount so it difficult to make a lot of money. I have worked for 6 architects and they are were not rich. My opinion is that you do what you love and focus and surround yourself with people you love. Money comes and goes. There is less stress if you can be comfortable financially but money doesn’t bring happiness on its own.

Because I also know people who do what Alpha does and don’t earn as much. Don’t want to be rude, but in the end it all lies on the quality of the work not the people.

Everything in the home is built for a purpose from the ground up and all the decorations and pieces have a purpose in creating a modern/rustic vibe throughout. Most rich people would buy generic houses made of marble everywhere but this home really shines in its uniqueness and that it reflects the personalities of the homeowners. Great job Alpha!

depending where its located Id say the house probably was in the 500-1.5 mil range to build (minus property cost) with property looks like its probably at least half acre so probably another 200-500 thousand.
