It is easier to mark the threaded rod where to cut exactly if tape is used , like here in this video. Without tape....a marker would work ....sharpie.

Je suis financièrement pauvre, alors j'ai mélangé certaines des huiles chez moi. Il mélangeait de l'huile d'olive, de l'huile de sésame, de l'huile de citron et du kérosène. Je ne sais pas si ce mix est correct!

@@TachiOhyo56 Je vous remercie. Je ne suis nullement déçue. Il m'arrive de huiler du bois avec de l'huile d'olive, les planches à découper alimentaires par exemple, l'huile de sésame, pourquoi pas. Par contre, l'huile de citron je ne connaissais pas, et le kérosène, je m'en passerais, ça ne doit pas sentir très bon.

My homemade mixed oil is very economical
It is a mixed oil of edible waste oil and olive oil, sesame oil, lemon oil and a little kerosene.
But I doubt this is correct!
@@TachiOhyo56 Try making a mix of 1 part beeswax and 4 parts mineral oil. Melt and mix in a jar that sits in a pot of water on the stove with slow heat. Don't boil. When all clear it will look like an Amber color. Remove and let completely cool. It will go solid like paste wax. If you want more gel like them start at 1:4.5 ratio. You can always re-melt what you did too and add more mineral oil to get consistency you like. Great finish on wood!

Cette vidéo date un peu, mais je voulais vous dire qu'on ne taraude pas avec une perceuse (même dans du bois) mais avec un "tourne-à-gauche". On avance un peu, puis on recule pour évacuer les copeaux, ça évite que ça coince et ça fait de beaux filets.

considering the state of our country, health issues. ,,mad that most able bodied men wount step up and put a end to this mess. outher than that , if I felt any better about being alive I don’t think I could stand myself. I started back with my wood carvings, hand made bowls, canes, walking sticks .i can’t work much in the public because of health issues. but I don’t cry about it, i adapt and conquer it best I can . me and my wife Jodie are so blessed. I can carve cabinets, furniture., animals, canes, walking staffs and about any thing I set my mind to do.
