Can you tighten the screw that holds the fan blade in place enough to keep it from sliding at all? Sure would be nice if there was a HOLE to screw into on the shaft, instead of just screwing it against the shaft and expecting friction keeping the fan blade from coming off. This does not seem like an adequate design
