I tryed to put the front of the fan back on but failed too me 1 hour and I still can't do it

The base pole has a silver screw with a curved head and that is used to attach the center pole to the base. Attach from underneath. Ignore the 4 holes for screws.

You edited the part I can't figure out. Attaching the base pole to the top half.
