- In this mod for Deltarune, my soul changes colors into Blue, Green and Purple based on the colors of Kris, Ralsei and Susie! Will I be able to beat the whole game with these new soul colors?

Technically, lore wise, all the green soul does is make it so you can't move, however the blue soul already makes things hard enough.
I saw an animation where Undyne freezes Frisk and then gives them a spear to defend themselves from her attacks

the mod would make infinitely more sense if the soul color was based on which party member is being targeted (would also kind of make jevil slightly easier because of his tendency to target ralsei)

@@zixvirzjghamn737 in the case of two or three party members getting targeted the soul color is randomly chosen from the ones targeted. also no, an enemy cannot target no party member since than their attacks would damage nobody, sometimes the targeting thing doesn't show up, but that's just because the enemy is targeting all party members, or there's only one character in the party (usually Kris)
I love the mechanics on how they actually work like in undertale. Crazy how it works.

An easy way to remember the Jevil puzzle is that Lancer is the Spade, so that goes last, Clover is a miniboss so that goes second to last, and Rudinn is the very first enemy you find so Diamond goes first.

I've seen every soul color in Deltarune but the fanon Orange and the canon Switch.
In fact I've even seen them all in one boss fight.

this mode can get an upgrade, i think it could work like "if "character" is 1(aka in your party) then set "heart color" to 1 and then there is another code that chooses randomly from the hearts set to 1" but idk how winnable it is seeing kris can get you killed easily in most attacks
Plus many enemies attack multiple characters at once
I feel like kris would be patience or determination, ralsei would be kindness and susie would be bravery

That jevil fight. That's probably going to be what ch 7 secret boss will be. Because yknow, there's 7 souls counting the modes we haven't used yet. And there's 7 chapters. I feel ch 7s secret fight will be the blue soul mainly and all of the other modes from previous chapters, and maybe some of their attacks too. And who do I think the boss will be?

@@DGsynchroman Due to this only using official colors (Blue for Kris when their color is actually closer to Cyan), and Noelle's color not even BEING white in-game, Noelle would have the Yellow soul.

When I was done watching: Ok, then... Would've been nice to have a pattern for the soul colors.
Kris is actually cyan so using patience instead of integrity is more accurate
We never get to see how the patience soul actually works, so i guess the nintendo switch soul would be better, since it represents Kris and the player at the same time.

@@Bluewarrior20345 I think a dash would be better for the bravery soul, the whole thing about patience is that it doesn't move too much, bravery is the one that moves more. Of course, judging by the orange an blue attacks mechanic. I think that a parry would be better for patience (a mechanic already used in Deltatraveler) since it kinda involves waiting for the right moment.

What if instead of being random, the SOUL color was based on which member of the party is being targeted, and if it targets multiple characters the SOUL effects would be combined?

Speaking of soul colors and chapters:
Underlie has the souls go in the order of red, blue, green, purple and yellow.
Deltarune goes red and yellow. And since soul colors are most likely a secret. Boss thing I assume the next secret boss would be using purple colors. Also alluding to it being something like a plant, symbolizing the flowers Toriel threw away. Also since kris home is now a dark world it makes sense. So the secret boss of chapter 3 is maybe multiple flower heads symbolizing the upstairs of asgore shop or some sort of plant monster. Could also be something related to cooking but that’s my theory considering pink soul is the next soul (unless they are doing a back forth back forth thing)
Edit: also a huge change of the half cyan or the blue soul. It could be a first. Last, second, second last thing OR it’s going down in the order of last, second last, until first

these all fit VERY WELL:
Susie has troubles when it comes to not doing the stream lined role people gave to her as a bully and mean-girl so she's on a straight and narrow path most the time
Ralsei is the least physically capable and due to that he defends and heals so him having a damage nullifying soul makes sense
and Kris is constantly weighed down by the player and soul pulling at them as well as sadness and general young life troubles like being bullied, his parents divorcing, Asriel leaving, Ect
these souls fit surpisingly

So noelles soul is yellowish blueish colour and she can move around like Chris *BUT* when ever an enemy attacks an ice shield circles around noelles soul
Guys, Deltarune Chapter 2 is 2 years old (almost) Chapter 1 is (almost i think) 5 years old
The first time i had the fight of susie and Lancer, i make susie take all the damage to try to save Lancer
In my opinion kris should've been patience and it might be better if it wasnt random(doesn't the game show u which character will take dmg so u can use that soul)

Am the only one who today while fighting undyne in undertale realized the reason you can only flee when having a red soul is because green makes you not only unable to move in battle but in the actual game

When a hunter catches the speedrunner they get into a battle like in the "Don't Forget Connected" PVP . If a hunter dies they spawn all the way from ruins and the speedrunner's goal is reach an ending that is selected (probably genocide).
Rules:
When speedrunner gets into a cutscene hunters cant move too.
If speedrunner dies game ends. (Maybe they can have more HP than hunters ?)
The other hunters can join the battle and help their friends

It would be cool if the blue soul would act like the red soul, the purple soul would act like the yellow soul but instead little axes and shoot in all directions like in the spamton restitched fan game and the green soul could just be the red soul but when at low health the defense is higher and heals 1 hp when hit.
