My mri report is disc stuck in joint both side. I've tmj pain and ear heaviness both side when i eat hard food. And heavy swelling. This trick is effective for me??
This works instantly sometimes (i'm guessing when the disc slides back in place) but it always eventually ends up coming out again and causing pain. Does that mean I'll need surgery
@@Freedompt hi do you have or know anyone that might be able to help me with TMJ disc displacement in the UK 🇬🇧. I can't chew or fully close my mouth. Hope you reply.
Thank you very much on this video, first video where i understood all completely, i have chronic pain in left tmj for a last 4,5 years, nobody can help me in my country so i needed to start learning to help to myself, idiots of doctors are here nobody are interested in my problem, i need to decompress disk from fossa i am sure now.. as disk is sticky to my ear,, if anyone have more helpful videos with exercises for this chronic problem he can help me a lot… i am now in the gods hands, nobody can help me i need to fight for this battle
I just dont know how to move disc far away from my ear canal, when i put my finger in my ear hole i can feel disk (he is literally pushing in the ear canal), when i put my right finger in my right hole there is normal feeling without disk there, normal ear hole, so problem is just on the left side, i need to move disk far away front.. thats third example? Third technique??
Do I have to put my thumb in their eyeball like that?

Could opening the condyle downwards a little too much while doing this manipulation cause any damage to our jaw?

Is the side that the mandible deviates to or the away side the restricted side - the side you usually do these mobilizations?
It tends to be the tight side that the mandible deviates to.

@@peacefulenergy862 you have same problem like mine bro?
I am still fighting each single day, literally
How uncomfortable are these moves? Is there pain?
There tends not to be too much pain with the mobilizations. They help to improve the joint space and make it feel better.
It's hard on real head.. 😂😂😂
Left thumb right in the eye!
but at least they forget about their TMJ pain:) excellent observation, next time I redo video will modify hand placement.
