How am i supposed to take care of my parrot i am new into getting it and i don't know how to make it happy or be friendly with me🥺
@@prakashtako8501what parrot is it? A budgie/parakeet?
I never owned a bird but I am fascinated with watching these! Bravo!
I did but they both died …
birds are AMAZING!! they’re so incredibly smart. whenever i go up to by birds cage, she comes up to the cage door and waits for me to open it lol. i also have been teaching her to high five and to wave. if you ever do decide to get a bird though, you should DEFINITELY do tons and tons or research before, especially because they are very delicate and you may have some things in your house that could harm birds!
@@potatoscoop Birds can be very smart. I got to hold a cockatiel and 2 conures yesterday. One of them murmured "hewo" like 5 times.
U should get a bird! They make great pets! :)
@@hannahbanana_55 I sadly have a cat. He's friendly with other animals but I don't want to be with birds if my cat is near. My friend actually has a budgie named Dougie. He is like perfect for my friend.
Man, these birds are really smart! Today, for the first time, my female budgie finally decided to perch on my finger. I held a small treat for her in my palm, and made it so she chouldn't reach it unless she hopped on my finger. First, she was scared of my finger and backed off. Then, slowly but surely, she inched closer and closer. Then, she saw the treat and tried extending her neck to get to it but was unsuccesful. She ran to the left of my finger and was trying to find a path to get to it. Then, she decided to finally hop on my finger. It was so cute!
Magic word is MILLET! It was so easy to train (bribe) my budgies to do whatever I wanted them to do. Nowayday they go out themselves when I open the cage and they always go back inside their cage to eat/drink/take a nap or so. Only in case I suddenly need to leave my house and can't have them unsupervised roaming around I'll lure them back in the cage with the same millet.

I used to struggle so much getting my bird out of his cage, I wish this video was uploaded months earlier
I need a video that’s “how to get your birds in their cage” 😂 mine are so spoiled and have my whole room to fly around they can’t be bothered with a cage
I have to catch them to put them inside the cage 😭 they love being out of their cage .
Keep food inside cage and nowhere else :) At some point they will learn that they have to get inside cage to eat/survive. But I am at the exact same point as you. My room is their room and the cage is just a dining place :D
I've left a video in the pinned comment that explains how to do that.
Good luck!
Love your vids it really helps me Ty!!!!
Billie , her current report????
Billie is still recovering, thanks for asking 🖤
@@Bird-Nuggets
That's great.. We pray for her to recover fully soon. ☺☺
Thank you for this. Hoping these ideas will work. My conure loves being out of his cage, but I have to pry him out of the cage to get him out (which doesn't seem good for our relationship and can be extremely frustrating). Once he's out, he's happy and content and will play. It's like when I was a kid and didn't want to go somewhere, but had a great time anyway 😄
Thank you for always helping me and other people with your helpful videos😆
Just continue! 💕
Keep up the good work 🥰

Your bird is so cute
Yes please 🙏❤
This helps alot! my birds never come outside that much only when they are on my finger i can take them outside
Im have budgies when I saw your videos my budgie starting to like me so thank you so much im youre budgies fan
My budgie got out of his cage this morning for the first time, untamed, I let him fly for a bit, when he landed, I presented him with a stick, he hopped on, and I took him through the house, and back into his cage, if you keep your cool, go slowly, not chasing, your bird will trust you 😊
Good to see Billie better 😌👌
U always help me take care of my two birds😊🥰
Birds love their reflection. Very cute 😊
My pet budgie was attacked by her mate and now her wing is drooping and she is not able to fly do you guys know what i can do to help my budgie
do you know what it means when my parrot has started groom itself lesser? before my parrot would love to groom itself every single day but now he barely grooms himself and I am getting worried, please tell me what's happened to him

Hey there I’m just wondering if Billie doing ok I had 3 budgies that died :(
Im planing to get 2 budgies soon this moth or next your vids really help! also question is head wigs army a good place to get American budgies?
Great Video!!
How is Billie now?
My favorite budgie is buddy he is so tame from your videos thank you for your videos!!❤️❤️❤️
Man, this has been a thing for me for the past couple years. I have 2 birds. I leave the cage door open all day, but they just choose to rest in their cage, especially in the evening which I guess is normal, considering that my birds are about 7-8 years old and have became each other’s mates. The only time they ever give a peek perching on the cage door is when I’m right next to their cage, like their waiting for me or something. Well, I guess I don’t really see them in the morning, so perhaps they are roaming around during that time. Thanks for covering this!
My bird's are 5 months
My birds are 8 months

Me who has a untamed cockatiel: hm does this only work for budgies-
I made a T stand before so Do you think I can make a play ground to my bird as well?
Yet another amazing video!
Hi, I have a question that I really need help with. I have a beautiful budgie that I bought a couple of days ago and I do spend some time with daily and I bought for it toys and all what it needs but I'm a full time worker and can't stay with it all day and when I come back home it's night. Is 30 min enough daily?
Thank you I really needed this to face my fears 🥰
Great video and tips😇
Hi Salvador Budgie! i’m getting a new cage for my bird and they don’t really trust me. can you make a video on how to make your bird get to its new cage?
I never thought of using a mirror to encourage my Casper to leave his cage. I will give it a try.
We just simply put the cat in the cage and leave the cage door open; If cute little tweety bird does not escape, then kitty enjoys his/her dinner!
Can u do this but one to get my Quaker parrot inside?!?
I link a video on how to do this in the pinned comment
Okay thanks!
my budgies are such introverts❤❤
I’ll be getting budgie’s soon!
And your videos help me out
Why my sparky in your thumbnail😂😂😂
A question... I have four budgies, which two of them started to bond. They are preening each other and such.
The thing is, since they mated, the male doesn't to want to get out of the cage as he usually did (he still flies and such, but not so usual). Is that normal?
Thanks for these videos 🥰
Ur videos are so helpful like yikstas‼️‼️‼️
I have a question I have a budgie And I see a lot of videos about birds getting in trim like their beaks can you explain more so I understand I don’t know if it’s a good thing or a bad thing
my birds have been never been out is it safe won't they fly away i have buddgies
If you mean outside, bring them outside but inside their cages and if you mean in house, please get them out and let them breathe for a second
2:57 what is meant by the term "before your bird stained"?
Thanks for the tipsss!!!
nice video ! i have 2 budjies . i have them for 1 year but i think they arent tamed enough. they get out of the cage only with treats and when they are out , they dont mind being near to me and they dont seem scared. they go in the cage alone, when they want. but sometimes they dont get out even if i give them a lot of treats. i believe that sometimes they want want to get out , but they dont know how. i will try to place a perch at the opening. Also lately , i have noticed that when i prepare the treats , they are singing and they want to eat , but when i open the door , they ignore me and they sleep ! do you know maybe what i can do for that ? also i wnat to ask another question: usually, I close the curtains from the balcony doors and not much light enters the house. maybe that's why they are sleeping when I open the door. and if I have the curtains open so that there is light, is there a chance that they won't see the glass and want to go outside and get hit ?

Que periquitos más guapos que salen en el vídeo, son tan pequeñitos y bonitos que duréis muchos años 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 un 😘 en el piquito 👍
Can I ask where you got the cage?
Hi how is Billie doing?
Wow 🤩 what did you just n What is your videos are just too nice
its quite easy when your birds are in a separate room my cages are in the main room where it is unsafe for them to fly and my birds are not at all trained to fly to me do getting them out of their cages and bringing them to a safe room is quite a chore since one of the cages is too big to carry. so what do you suggest.
Thanks for sharing 👍🏻
Thank you this helped so much and my bird is such an introvert she’s never comes out but with these tricks she’s flying all over the place 😂
My bird is very stubborn and none of those things work what could I do
Thank you
Good video I thought Ernie from sesame Street was narrating it
I have an extremely intelligent quaker parrot that let us know she would never except being in a cage because she thinks she's a little human. From the very beginning, no matter how we used to try and keep her in the cage she would always break out and fly around the house. So eventually we just gave up and put bird perches everywhere. Originally her wings weren't clipped but one day she decided to go on a field trip outside, she came home around sundown but it still gave us a heart attack so we keep her wings a little more trimmed now, she can still fly about 6 to 10 ft and has no issues getting around the house with the purchase we have everywhere. She loves following us around the house and when we're making dinner she'll sit on top of the refrigerator until we give her a strawberry or some herbs
Our little deva's name is Delilah 💚🤍
Hey! My bird cage is on my terrace and im scared to let it out because it might fly away from the house, if i move it to the terrace room its pretty dusty and how will they get oxygen when all the windows and doors are closed? I really wanna let them out but i just cant, tell me a way please
i get my budgies 2 months ago, i taught them how to get out by putting food on their cage door 😆 now i have the problem that i cant put them back in 😂😂😂😂 but i usually just do the same, putting millet at the door to go inside
Can you give tips about your birds bumping into the windows bc they’re trying to go outside pls? I stuck bird stickers on the sindows but they still bump into them. We have a lot of windows and I know that’s bad but i really need some tips on that. Thanks
But how can I make my budgie don’t hate water (bath)? Because mine alwayes flies when I put the little bath near him, and also is scared by the sink :(
A little while back when I got my little budgie, she had already been trained to go back into the cage but not hand at all.
Sir I have two budgies one is male and one is female they are to much scared from me. How I tame them
#5 more like be its treat sugar daddy LMFAOO
I have the problem of i have two budgies and they are still waaaay too scared of my because their breeder used to catch them by hand with too much brute force , and worse is that i have two of them , i work amd studie too i dont have the time to tame them everyday but i still do my best to at least spend an hour with them or at least if i get home before 6 or 6:30 (when it gets dark , i dont want to bother them when they want to sleep) and the thing is i know one of them is bored because he goes back an forth to his friend then look at my window or its food , he doesnt eat millet when its in my hand but does shily when am looking from close distance , as for the other one , he way too scared and lazy to even try eating the millet , i feel bad seeing them this depressed even tho i do sing if am far enough or not looking at them btw i got them three days ago , and am doing everything videos in yt tell me to , i dont really have toys for them so am trying to make some wood considered safe to them by google , please help me in my situation if you have any type of advice i would take it
Awesome video! But I have a question, my birds aren’t tamed so do I tame them first and then they can leave their cage or could I let them out without taming them?
U need to tame them first but if not they might go flying all arnd. I think I'm not that big of a bird expert as I hv only had and have 2 budgies
You should give them the possibility to fly free even if they are not tamed. They are not ment to stay in cages all the time.
@@Max-fk8sc oh okay thank you max!
@@trishnadora5680 it’s alr but thank you!
No you need to tame them first
Bravo!
my bird loves coming out of her cage, but i do have to get a play stand so that when her flight feathers grow back (she came with her wings clipped and she is molting right now so i’m so excited for her to finally be able to fly) she will have a fun place to land and play on
My dad just got me two budgies, and they are in a cage, but i am afraid that if i let it out, it will run away, so is there any tips to train them to not run away or smth ? I need help with this, so plzz ?
I have two budgies that are still scared of me and won't let me touch them should I let them out of their cage? I have had them for two months
Dear Salvador budgie,
My budgie is scared of me . Even if l look at it. It’s cage was in the balcony and l was removing it’s food basket and accidentally flew out since it freaked out. It was scary because it was in the balcony hoping around and l live in Bangladesh where is a bundle of crows who like to eat budgie.l managed to grab it but lost it’s trust even more.l am a kid myself but l have to admit l am good at talking in english and a good budgie owner. I have four budgies .Two baby’s two adults. The baby’s like me. Anyway my l lost my budgies trust and need help. Please answer.
There is a video from Salvador Budgie that shows how to earn a budgies trust. You must watch it. First of all BE PATIENT! It takes time to re-earn trust. It does not happen in a day. Second of all, DO NOT do anything that may cause you budgie to lose even more trust. Third - food. Try to give it food from your hand. Sharing food is a sign of love. Other than that, see the mentioned video.
@@piotrbraszak3394
Thank you very much. I saw that video. But like l say it is scared even if l look at it. So it's impossible to feed it .l hope l will gain it's trust .Once again thank you so much.
How do you avoid them flying away forever?
The play thing of my parrot is my whole The play thing of my parrot is my whole room. 🤣
That cage you got for your 3 budgies is good cage do u any problem that cage
What's the health of billy
0:22 i actually said damnnnn out loud
I prefer walking, dancing, and rearranging furniture, while my wife's out shopping
Nice
How do a tame 2 at same time
Is Billie fully recovered from her stroke
my budgie wont eat fruits and veggies is there anything i can do ive even tried eating that fruit or veggie in front of him
Quick question: when is the right time to let them outside the cage?
If you're planning to tame your bird, then you can get it outside after it's tamed.
If you're not planning to tame your bird and you rather leave it as it is, then you can gradually start letting your bird out already.
@@Bird-Nuggets alright. thank you!❤😊
hows bellie doing is he great a want to now
Hello how's billy now ?
I want to take my birds out of the cage but I can't tame them. They got out by accident once and I guess they remember being traumatized when I had to catch them.
You can still tame them, it'll take a bit more time and you'll have to be patient.
My birds act like they don't know me when i'm trying to get them out of the cage but when the are out they are perfectly fine
can i still do this when my bird is not a handfeed?
My brid want to getout of cage wheni opend he doesnt come out he bangs the doot whent its closed and when i try to take him out he refuses and hurt otherbudgies flying in cage
Can you show me how to not make my budgie fly away from me whenever I open its cage
How's bille???
When i open my birds in the room they always go to fan top and dont fly and after 1-2 hours comes back thats why i cant open them tell me what to do
My budgie shakes it's tail up and down all the time.
In one of ur video you said that shaking of the tail is the sigh of a sick budgie. He is not even sick!
Please reply sir🙂🙂
Hi bro
How is Billie now
Is she fine
our birds defeat their reflection at the mirror
My bird is terrified of the bird playgrounds, terrified of mirrors, terrified of every toy 😩
Whenever i put my hands in my birds cage they just start to bite my nails and whenever i try to play with them by giving some scratches they just run away tell me what to do
