You mentioned to clip your FoF with RSK but you didn’t clarify that it should only be during serenity, I can see people thinking that you should always clip FoF
Situationally really if your maxing out on energy and have a RSK ready yes you clip it, but most of the time you can work around that not happening

Glad you enjoyed! and for the crit vs mastery thing they are pretty close as it is with mastery having a bit more overall damage gain % my character is sitting at about 7.6k mastery atm (with x2 blue silen lining) and about 4.3k crit, and crit is starting so be a slight priority for me. ToD also doesn't scale with crit but it does with mastery.

Thanks man glad I could help and I assume you mean professions? If so doesn't matter as no real DPS power is tied to them. I always pick Alchemy though for longer flasks and so crit phial doesn't do as much rot damage to you

I'm a relative beginner in WoW. Could you tell me from a beginners perspective, what the general strength and weaknesses of WW Monk are?
And also: What do you think about the rework for TWW and the new hero talents?

Hey the strengths are we are extremely front loaded with our burst so we can dish out very high amounts of damage in a short time. We also have a lot of defensives to play around with and a lot of mobility. I would say our main weakness is our soft target capping on aoe at 5 targets making very large add count pulls not as beneficial to us as some other classes.
For the TWW I would say its looking positive with the removal of some annoying/dead talents and adding some cool new ones, they also added haste scaling to FoF which was needed for a long time

The celestials side sounds cool summoning more pets and them buffing you etc, the shadow pan side seems to be a bit more passive play. As for the strength will have to wait and see, hoping I cant get my hands on TWW soon!

is it ever worth spamming spin instead of weaving in abilities to maintain hit combo / combo strikes?
you never really want to break the mastery + hit combo
@@GamingwithDDP Ive been doing a lot of vault keys and sale runs and just spinning over and over on big packs instead of worrying about mastery + hit combo has been doing better it seems

Is it good to use our weapon's ability during fights or would it be a loss of dps?
In the Djaruun case
if you mean on bosses yes its still fine to use it on them but it scales with targets hit so it will do more (split) damage on trash packs. Just dont hold onto it for too long

100% xuen gives you a lot of haste so you can use more abilities during serenity
there are situations on some raid fights where I use them separately like raszageth but most of the time you use them together

what are the caps on mastery?
Why do you sometimes use BOK before having 3 stacks of teaching of the monastery?
You don't need to play around that talent, if you held it for 3 stacks you would just be over capping chi most of the time
great vid quick question with sef im struggling to apply mark of crane to all enemies when i press tiger palm at the start of the rotation whereas yours hit all 5 not sure if im doing something wrong thanks :)
your SEF when you press it first time will always run off to apply mark of the crane to other targets if they are around so make sure your not spamming the SEF button for them to focus on a target too soon, get in 2 tiger palms for example before you get them to refocus

So I have always just ran Serenity instead of SEF. Is it a big lift in DPS switching to SEF? And I am assuming that's why you use Bonedust so you get the extra chi?
Serenity vs SEF is pretty close overall in m+ with SEF being a bit better. Bonedust is for the extra chi and burst damage ye. The big difference between the two is Serenity is kinda just pop it and do damage you dont need to care about chi costs etc; whilst SEF requires you to utilize the clones a lot more moving them around for optimal positioning and making sure you gain the x5 stacks of mark of the crane before you focus them onto one target. Also the x2 charges is nice

On the aoe rotation why u use spinning crane kicks in a row and you dont get advantage of mastery?
