Today I am going to share with you how to make Sindhi Kadi it's an easy recipe that can be made in just few minutes Sindhi Kadi is another classic Sindhi Kadi Recipe.
Sindhi kadi delicious and nutritious dish. This tangy curry is made with roasted gram flour, mix of vegetables. This Sindhi Kadi is one of the very popular recipes and commonly consumed with plain rice.
Ingredients:
4-5 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
curry leaves
2 - 3 green chillies - finely chopped
1/2cup gramflour (besan)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
chopped ginger
2 big tomatoes cut into big pieces
2 big potatoes cut into big pieces
12 - 15 cluster beans
6 - 8 cauliflower florets
6 - 8 fried okra / ladyfinger water as desired
Drumstick tree pod(Sahejan Fali)
¼ cup Green peas
Green coriander
Tamarind
