crypto is revenge of the nerds, and they tend to be young (and appeal to the young). The real estate scams tend to be run by older people geared towards older people. There's a scam for every demographic :)

Man, your content quality has really increased since I started watching 2 to 3 years ago, nice work. I have loved the recent and past EV company videos. I live in an SF suburb and everyone is constantly buying the latest 'hottest' EV. We have a ton of Rivians and Fisker Oceans around. I was feeling like I live in the twilight zone until I saw some of your vids about these companies. My first Rivian sighting was at a cya girls soccer game, where the brand new truck started on fire in the parking lot. In the states at least, there are two main financial bodies that govern finances- the SEC and FTC. These entities can only bring Civil charges, which do not have prison sentences (that I am aware of). The DOJ is the entity that is capable of bringing criminal charges (which can put you in prison), but getting all three bodies to work together is usually difficult and a lengthy process that can take years for just one person, and usually requires the cooperation of conspirators, such as what happened with SBF/FTX.
