Ok, Mrs. Gina, I have cooked for 38 years, but today I did something so different. I fixed collards, field peas, boiled potatoes in a jacket, and cornbread. I used the spices just like you did. I cooked them on a slow boil. I surprised my family and told them nothing. YOU ARE SO SO RIGHT!!!! I never knew that these spices could make our food so good. Oh My Goodness Gracious!!! I will well season my foods from now on. Girl you can so cook!!!! WOW!!

Gina, I submitted a "Banana Split no-bake cake" recipe in a contest in about 1970. Then I saw it offered in a compilation cookbook from the company. Now there are lots of variations.

I make a dessert very similar to this on special occasions, but l use flour, butter and chopped pecans for my crust! Its always requested by my grandson! You should have seen his face the first time he tasted it!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

For someone that cannot have the nuts you could use sugar cones broken up for the crunch. That would be good I think.
