I pray to my Lord Jesus Christ that he lifts this depression. there's days where I feel like my old self and only a few days I feel depressed I used to be every day. I don’t think that you can ever get over having depression, however, I’ve found that appreciating little things such as a nice sunny day, spending time laughing and having fun with kids, or even watching a great comedy movie assists in making you feel better. I will pray that you will have more enjoyable days.
We use to make this cake but we made it a little different. We would poke holes in the cake with a straw. Then pour the pudding and pineapple mixture over the top of the cake before it got firm. Then we would put the cool whip on top and put the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before cutting. We also toasted our coconut before putting it on top. My birthday is next month. I was debating if I wanted to make a cake or a banana pudding. I think I'm going to make this cake...lol...

This is my first time seeing one of your videos. I've been cooking for many, many years. I don't need to have tried this recipe to know that it is going to be insane. I am "liking" this video, even before I try it! I can't wait to eat this cake! I just found my biological mother and she's coming to see me for the first time, in a few days. I've been planning every breakfast lunch and dinner with the things that I know I make best for each day that she's visiting. I love love love this cake Ms. G. I usually get a few slices at the Amish market when I visit their bakery. The only difference is it's called a Hawaiian Wedding Cake. I'm going to make this so I can refrain from $3.00 each slice for my neighbors and I😂😂. Yummy and I usually replace water with another fruit liquid in my cake batter to enhance the flavor. My Great Aunt gave me the ceramic mixing bowl which I still use- it’s from 1921. She would hand mix all her cakes....sitting in a chair with her flowered dress and seamed stockings..... I was mesmerized by her creations. Can’t wait to try this cake, would be great dessert for Sunday dinner after church.

Umm Umm Good. This cake was delicious! It was moist, it was vanilla, it was creamy and the pineapples were delicious. All of it mixed together was a delightful treat. Thank you for this recipe. DELICIOUS!!!
Spot on comment right there! This Hawaiian Dream Cake can be modified to one's own taste to enhance the looks & taste by making it one's own recipe! I fully intend to do just that by adding bananas in the cake, and cherries and nuts on top!
