Richard Quest manages it brilliantly, as does Mr. Hefer. The clip contains interesting information about how the US, UK, Australia, and Israel implemented new restrictions today. However, the highlight is the empathy deployed by Mr. Quest as a news anchor and Mr. Hefer as a father. I’ve been watching Quest Means Business for years, it’s a great business show. I use Trivago sometimes, will use it more now. This clip is inspiring. I doubt I would be able to put someone at ease as well as Quest does and be such a good father and maintain a focused conversation as Mr. Hefer does.

Totally agree. I couldn't have put it in a better way myself. Great respect for the host Richard Quest who was so relaxed and cool about it. I love how well he handled it. Huge respect. And respect for the CEO Axel Hefer too who was as cool, kind and relaxed, and proved what a wonderful and caring dad he is.
