OMG. This is so cute. Its 4 years after the video and I still love it. It can be used for any seasonal cards and napkins! Thank you for such an easy project!
really lovely card and not beyond me; a relative beginner like the fact its budget friendly with napkins giving so many nice scenes for the money Thank you
Hi. I am relatively new also and loved this and there are great napkins these days for sure. Hope your card making is progressing well, mine is still slow..
Lovely card, Mary (?)...I've done this type of card before...a long time ago and now am keen to try it again after watching you..... you are so clever and so much fun to watch and listen to....you made me giggle.....Sue ❤
Beautiful card! Napkins are a great thing to have. I use them on any art project which includes atc's, cards, bookmarks, art journaling, etc. Who would have known?
Your card is lovely and what a fun idea! I am happy I am not the only one that gets thing crooked. It wouldn't be a card from me if something wasn't crooked somewhere!
I really enjoyed watching this video. You are so creative & l hope the recipients appreciate your time & thoughtfulness. I know l would. Think how unique these are & should be saved. Thank you for the inspiration.🤗🤗👍❤️
Thank you Natalie. Nice demonstration and tutorial. I have to laugh (and hope you can too) at the many comments telling you how you could have done it better. It reminds me of people who try recipes and then leave reviews with 2 stars and admit they changed the entire recipe. Helpful hints are nice but *some* people...
Too bad. The hints they gave are really saying how much they like you & just want to share as a friend would share. Too bad you weren’t generous enough to see that. You were far more critical than they were.
Thank you so much. I have been given some really gorgeous napkins but have never watched a TH-cam to show me how to add them to cardstock, so this was a real blessing for me. Love your card and those dazzling diamonds look fabulous. TFS.
I love this card; it's beautiful. thanks for sharing your technique. I don't know if this will help, but you can use washi tape to tape the card base to the mat with the gridlines on it. It may help you align things and the washi tape is reusable and won't mark the card at all. I have a small magnetic base for making cards, so I use magnets to hold the card base in place and align additional layers with the grid lines on the base.
That is the easiest method I have seen for using the napkins, I have 2 packets of Peel and Stick so when I find some decent napkins I will try this technique. Ruth down under
Thank you for the super video with some great tips. Try using Freezer paper with a glossy side to iron your napkins on to then just glue on your matting card as normal without and wrinkling of napkin. It's a lot cheaper than Peel and Stick and a lot easier. There are some videos on YT if you haven't seen the technique . Thank you very much.
These are super cute! This gave me an idea for making a bunch of ATCs for next year around Christmas! I need to hit the after-Christmas sales, get some goodies, & get busy! Getting at leadt a start on these for next year should be fun! I can get the jump on these for next year! Great ideas! I love the bows on the cards with baker's twine too! beautiful! :)
Natalie, this card turned out beautiful. I've never tried this napkin technique before. However, I have seen it done. I've also seen a technique using a used dryer sheet with glitter on top. I haven't tried this technique either. I think I like the napkin look better. There are so many beautiful napkins out there, not just the holidays but for all occasions.
Thank you for sharing your video.. I love Victorian era photo. Check the napkins can you list ingredients that you use to make those thank you so much appreciate
Lovely card! Little tip: when putting letters on like that - start with middle two then add each end one - makes it more central, applies in any scenario! Keep well ;-)
Hi Natalie, I LOVE your card. What a fantastic idea - using paper napkins. I was wondering if you could post a lists of all the items you used to make the card, as I would love to make some myself. Thanks for the great video, love Amanda :-)
This was GREAT! I'm a watercolorist, so a radical departure. Can you pls tell me the name of the Dazzling Diamonds powder you mentioned and where I can purchase it pls? THANK YOU!
Thank you for your ideas and inspiration.

Loved this technique. I have a frugal tip. I would cut the gold oval out of the middle layer. You may even be able to get two and it doesn’t show.
Beautiful card!

I love your creativity with this Christmas Card. I am going to use this technique with the covers of my junk journals. :)
!I've this technique. I think I would use my cricut for the oval and vinyl for the Noel. Really nice!!
Beautiful. Love it.
Looked in yuh our description box for the name of the paper you stuck the napkin on to, that was expensive? It would be awesome if you could do that..
What about using modge podge instead Peel n Stick? I wonder if the modge podge will work seeing that you have to use a heat gun.
Very pretty-thanks
Wow! That turned out beautiful! Thanks for the lesson.
Love this tutorial. Cant wait to try this technique. :)
Can you give me all the card measurements? Easier to see them written:) love it!

Loved the effect of napkin plus everything else. What would work if no peel and stick?
iluvtojournal You can run a glue stick over a card and glue your napkin on with that. That's how I've done it in the past and it works GREAT!!! 💕
So cute!!! Good job of explaining

Beautiful card. Just a tip- punch your oval or whatever shape you use for wording from your gold mat since it will be covered anyways.
