Great card. Just wanted to also share that I use spray adhesive on back of napkin after removing the white layers then add to card stock. Then cut to size. A2 or 5x5 or 6x6. Whatever. I like your wrapping paper gold glitter. Wonderful ideas looking around your home to make cards. I also use recycle Kleenex box for my cards.

A nice idea for making cards - Thanks! Double stick sheets would also work well to hold the napkin to the cardstock. A third way to apply the napkin would be to put your napkin face down and apply your card to the back. You will likely be able to see through to get the best position of your design.

Great tutorial. I used the cling wrap technique for my Christmas cards and I love it. I ironed it straight onto my card and used a nail file to get rid of excess. It works wonderfully.

I love to shop for napkins every holiday now. I’m starting a collection just like I have done with scrapbook paper & supplies.

Hi Chris. I love this card. I never thought about using that fake snow for decorating like that. Great idea. I’m usually don’t like glitter or anything like that because it gets all over the place. But I’ve learned that you can stay a little finish on it. I would cover the napkin and just leave that snow decoration visible Anna spray with something like mod podge spray acrylic sealer. Works like a champ. I subscribed. I look forward to seeing what you make next.

Take alarge piece of aluminum foil, make very tight ball and stable your blade area into the foil as many times as you like, the more the more effective. It sharpens your blade. It does work. Do it often after you use it, it will keep the blade sharp.

New subbie and viewer and what a video to come in on :) LOVE this idea. I have a question though and I am presuming the answer will be do NOT take the layers apart, but is this one complete napkin or did you take the layers off?

I prefer the gioutiene method. Fiskarsvhas some great ones. They selfsharpen with each cut.

Yes I used to have one and love it ! Self sharpened must be great.

I have seen this done with saran wrap and napkins instead of sticky tape. This looks easier. However, did you only use the top layer of the napkin? You should show how you separate the napkins so people know to do that. 😁

These are just flakes. You can them all year round in crafts store or more likely during winter time.
