Mohit, Dont give false numbers to people. You have said that for 1M home, if you will pay 5% down which is 50K, you will get loan of 950K. Your EMI would be around 2K. Can you tell me which mortgage calculator do you use? As per my calculation you will have to pay around 5K per month EMI + 700-800 CAD property TAX. Please do not misguide everyone with wrong numbers.
