42:46 Actually it depends on what you believe. There was a large debate several years back after this was discovered about rather or not this was a troll. Some evidence came out both ways, such as alleged statements from the Arthur. I can't remember all the details behind the debate but the arthur has a youtube channel from 2007ish that she still updates, having uploaded a video just a day ago at "xXblo0dyxkissxX" if you want to check it out, theres videos of her and the girl she claims to be raven from 2008 on there

Honestly, My Immortal is terrible, but its Voldemort is fucking great. I would have liked Voldy better if he was gun totting, old English speaking master of disguise.

@@yarmch3686 I already started to use him. The reason for his insanity is that he was a Ulithard that didn’t develop right. As in he is independent from the hive mind but still a regular Mind Flayer. The Elder Brain let him leave on the condition he report back on the surface world. He has not and has since gone on to open a theatre as a front for his experiments. The people of Waterdeep put up with him because he’s a really good director.
For a quest the party had to be in one of his show as payment for some information he was giving them. It was a love ballad between a Minotaur and a Kenku. He is famous for his nonsense plots and insane ideas, they are the best kind of unintentional comedy and he knows it. He is the Tommy Wisau of Mind Flayer Thespians. Weird sentence. Anyhoo the play was going great until the Flail Snail that was intended to be the pirate captain in act three broke out during the part of the play where the main cast has tea with Asmodeus. The party then killed it and spent the rest of the session trying to save the play.
In the end he told them “the information hath always been inside thee th’ whole time.” As in during rehearsal he knocked out one of the party members and sew the folder into his leg. He was promptly defenestrated. The party forgot he could fly. He has no hard feeling because “I hast been a total ass.” I’m planning on binging him back for another session.

That's what throws me. Using plural vowels for plural nouns ("my chemical romance are" instead of using "is") is British English, and you'd have to be a nerd as an American to know that, and if you that nerdy about grammar you wouldn't be uh so "creative" with spelling like this author is

I’m genuinely sorry for the two of you going into this blind. Back in high school My Immortal was everything and everywhere in the HP fandom and me and my friends used to read it together all the time and revel in the insanity together. I’’m fairly desensitized to it. I knew what was coming. You clear did not and the horror on your faces throughout the entire video was just....oof.

In the beginning it was funny because it was dumb, but eventually I realized this was written by a very young person and then it became kind of adorable. In the grand scheme of things there are far worse ways of dealing with your issues than writing fan-fiction. Imagine writing this and then coming across it again once you're an adult, you could gain some valuable insight into where you were at the time and why. I don't know maybe I'm reading too much into, or maybe my brain is also scrambled from all the silliness.

There's actually a really good case to be made that this was a parody of bad fanfiction written by somone with intricate knowledge of both the fandom and the source material. However, without the author coming forward we have no way of knowing for sure and since so many people have claimed ot be the author, the real one would likely not be believed anyway.

I’ve spent a lot of time reading stories, writing my own short stories, and listening to people talk about clever writing and this honestly broke me. Like I know it’s either a joke or someone knew no better but this was the best nonsensical Mary Sue story ever

The sad thing is that I think the story may have actually been edited to a degree; when I read the story originally, the part where "Vampire's" scar starts hurting and he gets the vision of "Draco in bondage" happens twice, and the first time isn't even acknowledged. Likewise, the upcoming scene at the concert happened twice (exact same dialogue and everything), and after it happened the first time, we simply shifted scenes and then built up to it happening again as if it didn't happen the first time.
