Grace, I remember about 2 years ago when you were saying how scared you even were to leave your house for holidays with your family... And look at you now! This is amazing, so proud of you ♥
Bonus of travelling alone, you can listen to what you like, go where you want to go and stop for snacks etc when it suits you. The drawback is not having someone to watch your things in the airport when you need a bathroom break.
I love that Grace uses us as support when she's facing her fears 💕 like we're literally with her, bless her.... How cool would it be to ACTUALLY go on a road trip with Grace 🙌🚗❤️
Okay but I kinda love how grace just keeps vlogging whilst bleaching the toilet, like it’s real and normal but just seems so novel bc other TH-camrs do that perfection thing and would never
I just went to an allergist and he told me that some nasal sprays are alcohol based and others are water based. the alcohol based ones make nose bleeds more likely, but the water based ones shouldn’t! i hope you can find one that works for you cause i know how annoying allergies are!!
@@JB-vd8bi there are those too but i'm not sure how we distinguish between them. i think where i am in the usa the more park-like ones i might call a rest stop and the ones with shops and a gas station i would call an oasis or just "a rest stop with restaurants and gas"
I live in the states and love watching people from other countries, service stations sound so convenient!! I just went on a 18 hour road trip back in September with my husband felt like it was never going to end haha.
Englands service stations are so different from what i'm used to in other european countries. Here we have a gas station and maybe a restaurant beside it but nothing more than that. English service stations are like a mall
On the someone is bound to get angry before a roadtrip - yes. It's probably the stress of multiple people going somewhere, but it was why I hated family trips. I'd rather just chill at home.
In a co-op down the road from me we have one of those milkshake stands, a tango ice blast stand and a frozen yogurt stand all next to each other, so sad tho I went the other day for an ice blast, was out of order, the milkshakes had all ran out, and there was only strawberry frozen yogurts left and I hate strawberry ice creamy stuff 😭
It takes me about 7 hours to get from the city where I live to the small town where my parents are (it’s all in one state, the US is v big) and I love the alone time in the car. Listening to music or podcasts and chillin out is the best thing ever!
Ahhhh! I was looking for you today and forgot to look out for Extra Grack. Still, only missed you by 2 hours and am happy to see this vlog. Sounds fun!
There are service stations in Belgium but they aren't that many, just because the country is quite small. It's not like going to city A to city B will take you 7 hours ahaha. Service stations in South Korea though, that's where the real deal is at !
@@timtreefrog9646 Same in Belgium, but you can drive from border to border in 2 hours, 3 hours if you drive from the south to north, so there is no need for a million of them ^^ There are stations within cities for gas of course, I'm talking here about the big stations with restaurants/fast food on the motorway/highway/freeway (English is not my first language and I can't tell the difference between those terms ^^).
Hi Grace! I love long distance road trips and do them all the time. I get nervous too - I drive with an amazingly cute teddy bear that I seatbelt into the passenger seat. It gives me great comfort .
In the US we used to call gas/petrol stations service stations. That was back when someone pumped your gas, wiped your windshield and checked the dipstick. Every state but Oregon is now self service. Grace, are you eating dairy? Did I miss something??
You are an ANGEL, all I do these days in binge your videos and I adore you - please never stop, just being along for the ride during your days feels like a blessing, honestly every detail is chefs kiss
Super vid!! Missed seeing your wedding outfit tho. Im always interested bec I too belong to the tall n hard to fit club. Anyhoo, Im sure you looked lovely!
Grace this is going to sound creepy but I literally want to be your best friend you are such a pure and positive persona and I literally love watching you and feel like I’m with you on your trips and daily life. I’m 36 but you’re so mature you would think you are my age. Keep vlogging and making content as it’s fabulous xxx
I didn’t learn to drive until about 3 years ago at age 33. The longest drive I’ve done so far is about 2 hours. Highway driving freaks me out a little.
Oh and in Australia we have “services” on big highways they’ll have a few food places like McDonald’s, Subway etc, a petrol station and toilets. Smaller roads will just have a petrol station with toilets and a shop. Then there’s rest areas that usually have toilets and maybe some picnic tables. Most drives in Australia are LONG, so we need plenty of places to stop!
As an american it’s always so funny hearing europeans talk about driving distances lol. We’ll drive in shifts round the clock for 24 hours straight to get somewhere 😂
So I live in Canada and it's not uncommon for me to see "last gas station for X amount of kilometers" so you need to be able to do the math on if you'll have enough gas till the next station, could be a couple of hours tbh

Maybe a different video
you could find it on her tiktok
@@Meowvalous1 I hope so!

SAME. Grace always pulls through with her outfits 🥵

WOW this is probably why the nasal spray my doctor's recommended along with my puffers irritates my nose to the point of swelling
the usa has service stations but they go by other names depending on what part of the country you are in (rest area, rest stop, oasis)
Diddooo for Canadiaaaaaa
Yep, we call them truck stops where I’m at
From the northeast. We call em rest stops. But we say "pit stop" to each other when we need to use one lol :D
We have service stations in Australia. What we call rest stops are more like a park. With toilets, picnic tables but no shop or fuel.
@@JB-vd8bi there are those too but i'm not sure how we distinguish between them. i think where i am in the usa the more park-like ones i might call a rest stop and the ones with shops and a gas station i would call an oasis or just "a rest stop with restaurants and gas"

We have welcome centers when entering different states and rest stops throughout the US which sounds very similar 😊

12:42 YES GRACKLE I love how you’re belting out songs in the car
Glad to see you’re back in your sunshine vibe ☀️ and I loved your rock out on the way home! ❤️ made my Friday even BETTER! Thank youu
I feel this. I literally got back from a 7hr drive myself. Sat nav took me in a nice 150 mile circle for no reason

Here in the states some toll roads and turnpikes have what you guys call 'services". Most road trips you just check what is available at the exits.
GRACE!!!!!!would LOVE to see a video where you try baking different brands of edible cookie dough and seeing which makes the best cookies!
I love a solo road trips! Lots of time to sing to the top of my lungs and think through all things in life.😊❤
Love the Lion King bleaching the toilet forgetting the lyrics moment! Iconic 😂
good to know that one of my fav youtubers has ✨impeccable✨ music taste
I can't sit in a car for more than 2 hours without a panic attack so MAD respect!

Oh what a lovely cat! She looks like such a friendly one.
We have service stations in the Netherlands as well. Think it's a pretty global concept.

I’m now going to look for every opportunity to use the term “inspectigate”.
We need a look at graces playlist pleaseee
I love car trips, specially alone. A few hours of just reflecting, by yourself, looking at the road and the scenes. Good times.
How come you drove up separately to your parents?
love your energy in this video!!
Ahhhh! I was looking for you today and forgot to look out for Extra Grack. Still, only missed you by 2 hours and am happy to see this vlog. Sounds fun!
In America we have rest areas along the highway that have gas, food and public restrooms. I miss traveling.
I sit down to eat lunch and see you JUST upload a new video. Perfect timing 🥰

You could try calciumascorbate for your seasonal allergie. Works like a charme for me
I have seen service stations in other places too, not just England.
Love them shorts and well done you girly driving by yourself you go girl 😘
LOVE THE HAMILTON JAM!!!!!!
omg that bathroom is DOWNSTAIRS??!! In my head I always thought it was upstairs lmao

What car does Grackle have?
OMG so many epic songs on the way home!!!
Whose wedding??? And, for those of us who don't tic tok, can you post a pic of yourself in your wedding garb? Thank you!!
We must sound alike because when you said "hey Siri, play..." my Siri decided I needed to listen to 2 Chainz hahaha
It's weird to me that your hotel has a fan and not AC 😅
Are you from outside the U.K.? It’s relatively rare here because of the weather!
