Greetings everyone! I apologize for this video taking so long to make. I bit off more than I could chew initially when looking at these 3 games, but I think it turned out ok in the long run. I just hope everyone enjoys this little passion project of mine! If not, I'm glad you gave it a go in the first place!

Trump is a real one for liking Zero so much
I just remembered a theory I heard for x4, basically after bass rebelled, Dr. Wily created a program to make sure his next creation would be 100% under his control. When Sigma destroyed the W symbol he rid that program from zero and transferred it to him. The program eventually evolved to the maverick virus, then to the sigma virus.
Now that you mention it, I do remember hearing that theory before. It would definitely be in character for Dr. Wily for sure.
if ur paying close attention you will see that they are all the sigma virus feeding into itself.
There were also two theories I recalled the first one being that zero was an incomplete robot, and the second one was Wily using the Evil Energy from megaman 8 to create the maverick virus.

very happy to see this got a part 2. easily some of the best presidents AI tierlist videos we've gotten. The chemistry and insight on each game really makes it a good watch, hoping for a part 3

After watching this and the first part mutilple times, I definitely enjoyed your take on the presidents. Loved how they went into detail on each of the games, the flaws on most and why each were on certain tiers. Definitely can't wait for when they will talk about X command mission, X7, X8 and MAYBE Maverick Hunter X. And hey maybe since Biden loves the classic series, why not bring in 1 and 11. Great job!

X5 was one of the first non-licensed PS1 games I ever played, and it was my first MM game. It holds a special spot in my heart.

I certainly love to make these videos! I just wish I wasn't busy so often. After this last part, I'll definitely cut back on the game footage for other videos (if not, be very minimal about it). It would probably speed the process up immensely.

I would love to get right to that for sure! Right now I'm trying to catch up on other games before I pick this back up. Helldivers 2 and Persona 3 Reload can't play themselves sadly.
@@TheElite711 take all the time you need, these actually had surprisingly high production quality, they are basically whole reviews of each game lol. I think the only details I would have added would be how the games hold up from a speedrun standpoint but the video is perfectly fine without them. (I have mmx2 as a personal favorite because of all the mobility that game offers in a speedrun)
I'm surprised they didn't mention how Isoc is clearly meant to be Doctor Wily. They even have the same voice actor.

Isoc is happy that Zero defeated High Max when X couldn't, he's capable of immobilizing Zero, claiming to know him "inside and outside".
Also, when Zero finds the empty body of Isoc, he hears his voice, telling him "Go Zero, you are the strongest robot!". And the fact that he calls him a "robot" is an important point, as everyone else thinks Zero is a repliroid, but he isn't, he was created before X.
It makes total sense that Isoc is Wily. Also, as I said, both are voiced by the same person.
This video is Goated. A few notes from a fellow lover of the game and 200% Hardmode glitchless speedrunner:
1: Thardus takes bonus fire-weakness damage from the plasma beam. I get it before fighting him now to save time on runs.
2: The wave buster bypasses Meta Ridleys geometry and thus makes his weak spot consistantly vulnerable. You also can instantly destroy his wings by boosting into his chest in the first phase.
3: You need only to double jump at a fixed aim from a stack of crates to get the control tower artifact on your first visit. No need to revisit the labs ever if you arrive with early ice beam as well.
4: If properly speedrun, even in 200% glitchless, an entire three room segment of magmoors' Wave door portion remains unentered :)
I love megaman x I have the collection on switch I 100% half of the games I also love megaman zero games truly the greatest games ever

So ya ik about how the ai voices can be lol. I like the fact you go depth with the games allowing the presidents to give more in depth and varied opinions. Which is something Ive done too.

Whens part 3
There’s actually a rom hack for X3 called, “The Zero Project.” It makes Zero playable from beginning to end, along with other QoL changes and improvements. Undoubtedly the definitive version of X3, give it a go if you can. You’ll need an emulator and a rom of the game though

As X6 is my favorite, I think I have an explanation on how Zero repaired himself, you know how the Sigma virus allowed him to possess different bodies? Maybe Zero is able to do the same for self repairs.
