Usually this is very common...i have several..YES!! i won the autoimmune lottery more than once....it's a constant struggle but not impossible...the only thing that irritates me more than the actual diseases is people tell me to remain positive....???????....OK....i really don't think there's much of a choice here. That being said, you have mitigate what you can and do your best...no one can expect more than that.
Thank you for sharing this. I’ve been dealing with ovarian cancer for the last 3 years thinking I’ve had sjögrens for decades…annoying but manageable … only to have recent bloodwork indicate that I have lupus. Needless to say, I had a pity party and then realized that I’ve been dealing with these symptoms for decades, now I just have a name for them. Some days I still have a good sulk, but it’s nice to know that I’m not alone.
I have MCTD ( Lupus primary, sjogrens, myositis) Raynauds and inflammatory arthritis. Diagnosed 4 years ago. It's a battle but I try to take it one day at a time.
As the slogan goes "Buy one, collect them all" My particular combo is Hashimotos and Celiac. I have ongoing inflammation in my joints and rosacea that has not yet been dx as autoimmune. I have attempted to reduce my symptoms with diet (abstinence from certain foods and beverages) but I anticipate there will come a day when i will be dx with whatever is going on.
I have more and more every few years it started after 2nd pre term pregnancy septic infection and it has been hell. Hashimoto /RA /small fiber neuropathy /Hidradenitis suppurativa/ Sjögren's/ IBD/ ulcerative colitis. Sensitive to light sun heat foods stress pretty much life

And hopefully now you will also have appropriate treatment, but sadly not a cure. Get enough sleep and avoid stress, learn about the nervous system x
