if you have the same pen that is supported by the laptop and it is still not working, you should immediately contact HP customer service before the warranty expires

HP need not to be paired. They connect automatically with HP devices. So one pen can be used with multiple HP touch screen machines. I don’t think hp pen will work on lenovo. If it work for you do let me know for sure

If it worked in past and not working now you should take it to service centre
i have an active stylus and it was working earliear with my envy 360 ..but suddenly its stopped

I don't think it will work. Please double-check with customer care before buying an active stylus. Else you can buy a passive stylus.

I got such questions before. Unfortunately HP didn’t provide this information. All i can say is that the pen is quite responsive.

Depends on your usage. For drawing this is a must tool. For writing this solves great purpose as it convert writing to text. But yes cost is a concern
