FLOODING KEEL on Bar crusher & Surtees BUY or BIN?

Exposing the downsides and negatives to having a flooding keel system on a trailer boat. We do a series of timed 0-20 knot tests with the keel:
sealed with air (baseline test)
full of water but able to drain (not closed)
fully sealed with water
