Bedroom sizes are improving and it’s nice to see a Master Bedroom Suite. This time around for me, it’s the pitifully small living room quickly followed by the kitchen and dining space. There would be no entertaining in this home, but the beautiful decks could be used but only 3-4 months out of the year.

The living room has a gas fireplace that's too big and a crane-your-neck TV placement. There's only seating for three. The kitchen is really small, with inadequate counter and storage. A barn door for a bathroom can leak out odors and sounds. If the house were extended to include the back porch, many of the space problems could be solved.

The priorities feel very skewed here. 1 bathroom is good for a 2 bedroom house. Maybe then uou could have room to properly walk around the dinner table.
